Here is a tiny glimpse into my morning so you can see my technique for making 1 small cup of this tasty tea. Let me first say that our morning begin pretty early around here and that most of the time I love it that way but sometimes when it doesn’t feel so good this recipe is one of my favorites.
Simmer 1-2 cups of a plant-based milk like coconut
Add in 1tb turmeric, 1tb ginger, 1tb cinnamon
Add black pepper or cayenne (optional but do recommend cayenne)
Stain into a cup and enjoy as a tea or latte if you want to get fancy.
