Some individuals come down with various symptoms after taking in certain food types, some of these symptoms include feelings of fatigue, bloating and even digestive system discomfort. The elimination diet or exclusion diet requires a pre-study of your body system for a time span which can range between 3- 6 weeks, after which you must have noted the food substances that seem to be giving your body the irritable symptoms they come down with. During this study period span, you are to completely stay away from these suspected food types that doesn’t go well with your body, this gives your body the time it requires to return back to normal.
The second of the 7 chakras is known as Sacral Chakra, the Svadhishthana meaning “one’s own”. Svadhisthana is known for creativity and sexual and its energy is characterized by flow and flexibility. The function of the sacral chakra is directed by the principle of pleasure, it is located above the pubic bone and it encompasses the genital region. When we are being open and creative in our daily life we open the doors to this energy and by maintaining a healthy sexual life, honoring and respecting your body we can get in touch with our emotions and see if there are any feelings you’re holding onto. When we make a commitment to this process we begin to channel those emotions in a healthy way.
The first of the 7 chakras is known as the 1st or Root Chakra, the Muladhara (root support). Although each chakra serves an important purpose the root chakra is suggested to be the most important because it is the Chakra that connects us to our physical world and governs over our physical energies, giving us a sense of safety and security with other people and ourselves.
It is important to balance this chakra first before balancing the others, from an energetic stand-point, as it is widely believed that this is where we draw our life force energy from and supports every other chakra. Like anything you must have a good foundation in order to function properly.

To see the magic unfold make sure to take 5 to 10 minutes every day to repeat your affirmations – preferably out loud with high energy and enthusiasm. The best times are early morning and right before you go to bed. You need to pay attention to your thoughts so that you can begin to eliminate the ones that no longer serve you, that may have never served you. Affirmations are like seeds planted in soil, poor soil, poor growth - rich soil, abundant growth. The more you choose to think thoughts that make you feel good, the quicker the affirmations work.
