Welcome to my blog about natural plant-based pregnancy, this has been something that I've wanted to write for quite a while now. Natural pregnancy and childbirth are topics that I'm very passionate about. As some of you may or may not know already, but when I turned 21 I was given some pretty heartbreaking news that my chances of conceiving a child were not very high, in fact, I had some cervical issues at the time that required a surgical procedure. The good news is that later down the road I decided to take responsibility for my own health and I did heal. I healed so well in fact, that now have a 23-month-old son who is thriving on a plant-based diet alongside his mama.
Welcome, I am so happy to share with you our top 10 kitchen activities. In a world where home-cooked meals equal a healthier family, teaching kids to cook is a critical element of parenting. It's never too late, or too early, to begin the learning curve in the kitchen. Teaching children the basics of cooking is a great way to broaden their knowledge of food, growth, and nutrition in a practical way.
