BAD TRIPS ARE NOT A BAD THING!
Bad trips are often much more beneficial than any positive experience since they grant you insights into the aspects of your psyche that you normally avoid. They may give you an opportunity to become more aware of your mortality, show you your biggest fears and the reasons behind them or shed light on your traumas and help you begin the healing process. Like when I coached a young girl on her business who was epileptic, then took a heroic dose and experienced the collective pain of every person who has had a seizure - it was hell, until I chose heaven. Bad trips can also be a result of using psychedelics in an escapist way as a party drug or mixing with other substances thus showing you the unhealthy patterns in your behavior. Anyone can have a bad experience on any substance including air, what's important is breathing through it and growing through what you go through so you don't have to do it again.

Yes, it was a struggle for me and my path has been full of scary obstacles, but I always believed that I am worth my dreams which allowed me to own my failures and success with confidence!!!
